Candle Builders is a fast-growing startup that provides Custom Candles to online stores on popular Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy and many others. Candle Builders owns a Shopify app that allows online stores to customize candles and sell to their customers. Candle Builders will produce the customized candle and ship them directly to the end consumer.
The company is looking for an energetic entrepreneurial candidate with a hands-on, hustle mentality. Candidate should has a strong attention to detail and high standards for work quality. Candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the company which includes but not limited to:
- Having a full understanding of the entire business from Sales Leads, Customer Set Up, Candle Pouring, and Order Fulfillment.
- Managing full and part time employees responsible for both Pouring Candles and Order Fulfillment.
- Managing Inventory and Purchasing.
- Development of a Sales Strategy in order to grow our Customer Base.
Candle Builders is in its third full year of operation and has focused the first three years primarily on product development and operations. Over that time the company has experienced significant organic sales growth. The successful candidate must be interested in working for a true start up with significant upside potential. The candidate must have an entrepreneurial mind set and be a decision maker. Candle Builders will pay a competitive salary with upside growth opportunity and potential vesting into ownership opportunity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,739.77 - $85,000.00 per year
