What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Candlelight Cabinetry?
Candlelight Cabinetry is currently looking to add support to our office. We are looking for someone that enjoys talking to customers, who is a team player and is able to multi task. This position is full time Monday thru Friday.
Job Duties include:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet vendors, guests, and job applicants at front door
- Print and distribute incoming orders/correspondences
- Misc. filing and organization of job folders and documents
- Print and organize job order paperwork for plant departments
- Provide administrative support for marketing department
- Complete misc. tasks as needed
- Provide product/service customer support for sales team via phone and email correspondences
