The Candlewood Suites@NDSU is now hiring for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will work with the Executive Housekeeper, Head of Maintenance, Front Office Manager, and General Manager as a partner to run operations in every part of the hotel. Working with a small hotel team, you will be closely involved in day-to-day tasks and take responsibility for all aspects of the cleanliness of the hotel. You will maintain and find ways to improve the guest experience while leading your team. You will also assist the Executive Housekeeper in establishing clear performance goals for the housekeeping and laundry team(s), provide regular feedback, and actively coach and develop them.

Ideally, you’ll have both experience as a housekeeper and experience in a supervisory role in a hotel environment, be a great team player, and have an excellent reputation for delivering high standards of service.
