You will oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's maintenance operations, including building, equipment, and grounds maintenance. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all hotel facilities. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify any maintenance needs and prioritize repairs accordingly. Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades to minimize disruption to hotel operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance logs. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance issues and ensure a seamless guest experience. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in maintenance and engineering to continuously improve hotel operations. Uphold all safety and security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes. Handle any guest complaints or issues related to maintenance promptly and professionally. Act as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture.
