Front Office Manager
Job Posting for Front Office Manager at Candlewood Suites
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person for a Front Office Manager position at our hotel. Must be flexible and willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel front desk experience is required. Opera PMS experience is a big PLUS, but we will train the right individual.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to do daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner.
- Must have good knowledge of general computer skills and be comfortable working with computers.
- Must be outgoing and enjoy working with people and fellow employees.
- Must have the patience to solve any guest complaints or requests.
- Must be willing to work and train for any shifts as needed.
- Must have the willingness to correct any mistakes and learn from any mistakes and be willing to work and improve on your own.
- Must have the ability to do any duties assigned by the GM, not only for the hotel front desk, but also in other hotel aspects such as housekeeping if and as needed.
- Must have your own transportation to and from work.
