We are currently looking for a qualified Concierge
The Concierge is the liaison between our patients, their families and the facility. The Concierge receives vital information from our families and patients and shares this information with the multi disciplinary team of care providers. The Concierge follows our residents throughout their care experience paying close attention to detail, preference and need. The concierge understands that each individual deserves the best quality of service available and continues to inform the team of requests and changes.
Duties:
· Welcome all new patients and families
· Conduct Evaluation/Assessment/Survey process and share results with the interdisciplinary team of professionals.
· Implement Candlewood Valley Service and Amenities such as Warm Towel Service and Snack Program, Coffee Cart with pastries.
· Ensure each room is ready for a New Admission. Checking that all amenities are working, welcome bags are present, room is clean, and TV is working.
· Answering Call Bells when needed.
· Assisting with meals and ordering.
· Doing assigned audits, such as call bells, Bathrooms, Infection Control, any other assigned by supervisor.
· Work closely with HR on employee engagement.
· Over see visitation program.
· Work on individualized QAPI’s for customer service with assigned Pip’s.
· Maintain and post on Facebook, Tik tok, and LinkedIn accounts.
Performs a variety of related duties as assigned by director/supervisor on duty.
Maintain a positive environment for our Associates and Patients
Candidates must have a passion for working with seniors and those in need. A drive for success and a goal to thrive in a professional medical environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must – as well as clear written and verbal communication skills. A go-getter attitude is needed combined with the ability to work as an integral member of our professional team!
