Warehouse Worker

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for performing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment. Duties:

• Update and maintain Equipment inventory list.
• Keep tabs on all equipment location within inventory.
• Track company owned and personnel equipment calibration certificates. Remove equipment found out of calibration and, schedule equipment calibrations. (groups of equipment at a time)
• Track the time rental equipment has been used at each project when rental equipment has been used on multiple projects during the rental period.
• Return idle rental equipment back to rental company in a timely manner to avoid incurring additional charges for rental equipment not in use.
• Ensure equipment returned from the field is in good working condition and charged. (ready for use)
• Package and ship equipment out for repairs, as needed. Generate RMA numbers, shipping labels, return labels with manufacturer, etc.
• Relay any costs associated with repairs to equipment to accounting department.
• Deliver equipment to and from job sites as needed (local travel only)
• Package / palletize equipment to be shipped to job sites, as needed.
• Order equipment from rental companies as requested by scheduler, operations manager, or other members of the technical team.
• Assist office personnel with properly coding rented equipment invoices.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
