Outside Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills. The Sales Representative will visit dispensaries that are interested in our products, reach out to potential new clients, and manage current accounts. Prior cannabis or alcohol sales experience is a plus. Your job will be to sell a variety of cannabis products including flower, gummies, vape pens, topicals, tinctures and beverages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Your Job will be to sell a variety of cannabis products, including Vape Pens, Gummies, Flower, Disposables, Cann Beverages, etc.
• You will be responsible to sample out various dispensaries, help clients with any issues that may arise, educate bud tenders on our products, and be one of the faces of Cannabis Counter
• You will be required to visit various dispensaries in your territory on a weekly basis in order to develop relationships with the ordering managers, as well as find new wholesale clients
• Cold calling and door to door sales will also be required as well as updating your CRM on a daily basis
• This is a vertically integrated sales position that will be responsible for sales, management and collections of various wholesale accounts
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Skills:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and drive market growth
- Prior experience in cannabis or alcohol sales is advantageous

-Self-starter, highly motivated and outgoing
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/ Excel

Job Type: Part Time- Minimum 20 Hours/week

Pay: This is a commission based sales position
