The Opportunity:

This position can be done remotely from any city throughout the United States. This position is ideal for a construction superintendent/project manager/estimator looking to make a career change but still be able to utilize many years of experience in the construction management field with an emerging leading in facilities management relating to the built environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand each project and the specific deliverable requirements prior to initiating reviews
- Review all assessments for quality and accuracy prior to client submission
- Establish methodologies that drive the use and reuse of knowledge within the practice
- Meet with project managers on a regular basis to monitor work in progress and ensure that the process standards and procedures are being implemented
- Encourage and support consistency in assessment narratives
- Provide ongoing mentoring and training to support a culture of continuous quality improvement
- Review and update cost estimates based on assessors’ documentation

Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, project management and/or estimating
- Ability to lead, influence, mentor and demonstrate good judgment
- Strong technical skills and understanding of all disciplines
- Ability to drive solid process improvement and business results
- Ability to meet with top-level client representatives and discuss complex systems and wholistic Capital Improvement Planning (CIP) strategies

If the job is to be performed in Colorado, the salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
