Project Analyst III

Overview

In this role, you will plan, coordinate and monitor project schedule, budget, resources, and handles other vital tasks to ensure successful and timely completion of all projects.

Responsibilities

-  Work closely with management to ensure scope and direction of project is meeting customer ex-pectations. -  Assist in evaluating resource Capability when creating project proposal and selection process -  Change project management procedures based on feedback from leadership. -  Leads and directs the work of others. -  Serve as an in-house project consultant for evaluating needs and vendor requests for project pro-posals. Strong leadership skills required. -  Perform critical path analysis to determine projected completion date. Identify when to adjust tasks to accelerate project completion. -  Use Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) to define project management workflow. -  Escalate issues that impact timing and/or budget to appropriate stakeholders. -  Provide training for members on various project management techniques. -  Develop and utilize Resource Pools across multiple Projects  

Qualifications

  - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field with a minimum of - 8-12 years’ of Project Management related experience. - Project Management Certification required.
