Job description
Canopy Lumber Products is a custom pallet and crate manufacturing business based in Rock Valley, Iowa. We specialize in manufacturing complex wooden shipping assemblies and industrial wood products.
Requirements:
- General mechanical knowledge and familiarity.
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or other related field.
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- 2 years work history in related field.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of equipment, machines, and vehicles.
- Repair equipment as needed.
- Weld, modify, and fabricate equipment to ensure everything is in proper working condition.
- Assist with facilities maintenance, to include grounds keeping, snow removal, etc.
- Operate CNC grinding machine for sharpening saw blades. (training will be provided)
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
