Position Overview: 

As a Marketing Specialist at Canopy Mortgage in Everett, WA, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. From database management to client appreciation, social media campaigns, and video production, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our marketing strategy. This is an in-office position based at our office in Everett, WA.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

·  Manage and maintain our client database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.

·  Plan and execute client appreciation events and initiatives to foster strong relationships and loyalty.

·  Develop and implement social media campaigns across various platforms to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

·  Create compelling video content to showcase our services, testimonials, and industry insights.

·  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.

·  Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

·  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategy and tactics.

 Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·  Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on database management, client appreciation, social media campaigns, and video production.

·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.

·  Proficiency in social media platforms, video editing software, and marketing analytics tools.

·  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·  Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.

·  Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Surefire Top of Mind, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

·  Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
