Canton Area Preschool and Childcare is looking for an experienced child care director to join our team. This individual must have a CDA or a degree in early childhood education, have a kindergarten endorsement or a degree in family studies. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, ensuring proper ratio’s are met, correspondence with parents both in person and through our Brightwheel app as well as ensuring our curriculum is being adhered to by each lead teacher. This individual must have strong ability to help coach and focus their team.
