This position is eligible for a $30,000 retention bonus ($15,00 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications and FTE status

Part-time: $67,642.49 - $81,883.01

Full-time: $135,284.97 - $163,766.02

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting. This includes providing diagnostic assessments and ongoing medication management for a potentially complicated patient population and facilitating hospitalization when necessary. The provider will develop and sustain productive client relationships with the assistance of the psychiatric support staff. The provider will also need to work collaboratively with programs and staff across the agency to provide strong coordination of care.

Location: Oakdale

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing
• Five (5) or more years' experience working as a nurse practitioner dedicated to serving a child and adolescent patient population.
• Licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota
• Active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification in Minnesota
• Currently credentialed or eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Abilify to work collaboratively in a team setting across multiple disciplines.
