This position is eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus ($5,000 paid after 6 months of service with remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

$69,173.15 - $110,677.04

Position Summary

Responsible for conducting psychological evaluations concerning clinical and court-related issues (i.e., child and adult protection, psychosexual evaluations, competency and certification studies, and risk assessments for court referred examinees, including related consultation). Also responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing psychotherapy for outpatient mental health services, as may be necessary to maximize billing capacity. Acts in a supportive role for the Doctoral Internship program, and if appropriate, acts as a primary supervisor with one of the interns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in psychology and MN state license or license eligible within 12 months required.
• Eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities immediately or upon licensure.
• Supervision competency is listed or eligible to be listed with professional board, or if unlicensed, interest in training to be a supervisor.
• Outpatient clinical experience.
• Psychological Assessment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate, licensure, and history of significant and continuous training in forensic and clinical areas
• Trained in Dialectic Behavior Therapy
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Experience in a variety of psychological evaluations specific to program assignment including forensic
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
