The Account Manager plays a crucial support role in the Landscaping Services department, overseeing all maintenance accounts for Canyon Ridge Services. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching the maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, they will focus on providing exceptional customer service, identifying additional work opportunities, maintaining detailed service records, and conducting regular site inspections. Strong administrative and communication skills are imperative for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatching and Coordination:
Efficiently dispatch the maintenance staff outlining their daily tasks and locations.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Foster open and effective communication with both maintenance staff and clients, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Customer Service:
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
Sales:
Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
Generating referrals from existing clients and passing them to the Business Developer
Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial goals
Generate Additional Work Authorizations (AWAs) as needed and ensure they are followed through to completion.
Coordinating with the Branch Administrator to ensure branch databases contain up-to-date client information
Take and maintain detailed service notes, recording work completed, materials used, and any additional client requests.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of maintenance crews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Demonstrate strong administrative abilities, including documentation, record-keeping, and report generation.
Maintain an intimate understanding of each project, including specific client preferences and unique requirements.
Monitor and track the regular monthly schedule, ensuring all maintenance accounts receive timely attention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping maintenance or a related field.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of landscaping industry practices and materials.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in landscaping or related field.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
