GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cape Cod Community College is seeking an energetic and driven Enrollment Counselor (EC) to help prospective students and families navigate the enrollment process, with an emphasis on working with traditional students and area high schools located on Cape Cod. The EC will focus on prospective student recruitment and is expected to travel throughout Cape Cod, the Islands and southeastern MA.
This position is hybrid and offers remote flexibility determined by operational needs of the College. The EC will be required to be in the main office on the West Barnstable campus 2-3 days per week. Given the nature of the enrollment cycle, occasional weekends and evenings will be required.
The Enrollment Counselor will develop and execute an effective strategy to recruit first-time degree-seeking students from an assigned geographic territory.

COMPENSATION: Full-time (12 months) MCCC/MTA Unit Position (Grade 3, Enrollment Counselor) with an annual salary range of $47,597-$59,722. Actual salary will be consistent with the MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Includes participation in a comprehensive employee benefits program.
