Job Summary:
Candidate will perform various duties in a branch location to ensure all customers receive technical assistance, proper merchandise, and excellent customer service, primarily over the telephone or internet. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist customers entering or calling the store with respect to technical support, locating material, and handling all aspects of the order generation.
Coordinate with the Director of Utility in providing support to outside sales staff, generating entering quotes, expediting purchase orders, working sales calling queues and working month end open order reports.
Download and compile spec sheets for project business and day to day product clarification.
Some travel with possible overnight stay may be required to attend offsite training at distributor training events and or meetings. The overnight stays will be very minimal.

Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products. (MS Excel is a must)
Strong internet navigation knowledge
High aptitude in business math. Basic percentage calculations, etc.
Positive attitude and high energy level
Three years’ work experience in a retail or distribution business
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow in your career
Preference:
Associates degree
Experience in a utility, rep agency, or distribution company
