Responsibilities:
. EKG certification preferred. Healthcare experience preferred (i.e. Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, MT). Medical terminology experience preferred. All internal and external applicants will be required to take a Dysrhythmia class and must successfully pass the required test within 60 days of employment with the following exception: Applicants with EKG certification or previous MT experience will be provided the option to take and pass the Dysrhythmia test in lieu of taking the class. Successful passing of the test will allow the MT to be exempt from the requirement to take the initial class. Employees will be required to successfully pass the advanced dysrhythmia test a minimum of once per year.
