Job Title: Sales Representative (footwear) – Cape Robbin

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our fast fashion footwear company, Cape Robbin. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our brand to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively showcasing our products. Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Actively engage with customers, both in-store and remotely, to drive sales and meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our footwear products, styles, and trends to effectively promote and sell to customers.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales leads, follow up on customer inquiries, and proactively convert potential customers into loyal patrons.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Presentation and Visual Merchandising:
  • Ensure the store's visual appeal is maintained by organizing and displaying footwear products in an attractive and orderly manner.
  • Assist with merchandising activities, including product placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
  • Stay updated on fashion industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and create a unique selling proposition.
  • Relationship Building and Customer Management:
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and styling advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to maintain ongoing relationships and inform them of new product arrivals, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for product improvement.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with fellow sales representatives, store management, and other departments to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in training new sales team members, sharing knowledge, and providing guidance to ensure consistent sales performance across the team.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team targets and participate in team-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fast fashion or footwear industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Fashion-forward mindset with a good understanding of current fashion trends.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
