What We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a driven Photographer Assistant For our Multi Media Dept. at our Corporate Office in South Hackensack. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented person who is a problem solver, takes initiative, possesses great communication skills, has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals to join our team.

Requirements :

1- A bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in Administrative related job.

2-Be able to work flexible hours when needed.

3- Customer service skills (phone & emails), greeting visitors and models (order & offer food and beverages when needed), receiving deliveries, sorting mail and other administrative duties.

4-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude is a must.

5-Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

6- Personal and Professional approach and demeanor.

7- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to accurately follow instructions.

8- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting.

9- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

10-Ability to manage multiple priorities.

11-Assist in setting up photoshoot sets.

12-Willing to travel

short and long distances for photoshoots.

13- Willing to steam apparel products.

14- Previous experience working as a photographer assistant a plus

15- Familiarity with professional cameras and lighting equipment a plus

16- Willing to Scout potential photoshoot locations and venues

17- Computer and tech savvy.

Responsibilities :

Prepare for the shoot by gathering and packing all necessary props, samples and equipment.

Organize and maintain clothing, and accessories used in the shoot, including ensuring they are clean and pressed.

• Scout potential photoshoot locations and venues, considering factors such as lighting and aesthetics.
• Travel to various locations for photoshoots, both short and long distances, as required.

Handle logistics tasks such as coordinating transportation for equipment and crew.

Arranging catering or refreshments, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the shoot.

Assist in setting up photoshoot sets, ensuring all equipment is prepared and in working order.

Responsible for safely handling and transporting photography equipment and accessories during the shoot.

Providing support to models during the shoot, such as helping with wardrobe changes and ensuring their comfort.

Keeping the shoot area tidy and organized, and proactively addressing any issues or challenges that arise to maintain efficiency.

Keeping detailed notes on shot setups, lighting configurations, and any other relevant details to assist with post-production and future reference.

12. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and models, and attending to their needs.

13. Manage administrative tasks such as receiving deliveries, sorting mail, and handling phone and email communications.

14. Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure smooth coordination of photoshoots and related activities.
