Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative based in our Newburyport office, you'll be equipped with the tools and support necessary to excel. From your personalized sales desk with dual-monitor docking station to our cloud-based CRM system and extensive lead database, you'll have everything you need to succeed. Our comprehensive training program will familiarize you with our sales process and product offerings, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to thrive in this role. Qualifications:

• Preferred: Prior experience in phone sales
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
• Basic understanding of business operations
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to prospect, manage relationships and close sales
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Email campaign software, and CRM’s is required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners nationwide
• Prospect and outreach to develop new opportunities
• Handle customer-service related requests as they arise
• Answer inbound calls from existing/prospective customers
• Analyze basic financial documents (bank statements/applications, and basic financials)
