- 10 years professional work experience as a data scientist or on advanced analytics / statistics projects with 5 years’ experience in one of the following sectors: : Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Banking, Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Industrial Products, Insurance, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, and Energy & Utilities.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or other closely related field
- Excellent team-oriented and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest for consulting
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and present solutions to business partners
- Experience with conflicts resolution and people influence techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of statistical model building techniques such as: A/B testing, regression methods, variable selection methods, tree-based classification models (Decision Trees, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting), non-parametric models (SVM), time series models, unsupervised learning and mathematical optimization
- Experience with Deep Learning methods in NLP & Computer Vision, Sentiment analysis, topic modeling and graph theory and databases
- Strong knowledge with common data science tools such as Python, R, Pytorch, TensorFlow, Keras, NLTK, Spacy, or Neo4j, and a good understanding of modelling platforms (Azure AutoML, SageMaker, DataBricks, DataRobot and H2O.ai)
- Experience working with big data distributed programming languages, and ecosystems: Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Kafka
- Familiarity with Cloud-based environments such as AWS (S3/EC2), Azure, Google Cloud
- Knowledge of other coding languages such as Java, Matlab, SAS, C
- Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, topic modelling
- Graph Theory and Graph databases (Neo4j)
- Experience with building and deploying predictive and prescriptive analytics models

You Supervise, mentor, guide other data analysts. Represent data analyst team in project team meetings.
- Qualifications: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
- Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
