KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 4 Years of overall and 4 years of D365 CE Experience
• Experience with contact center implementations and customer service
• Excellent understanding of D365 CE Module
• Experience working with onpremise D365 version

Required Skills:

• Ability to converse with customer on Business Requirements
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Act as a sole contributor with minimum guidance
