NET Application Support Consultant

Duration: 5 Months

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience working on Application Support projects
• Good knowledge in ITIL framework
• Good experience in .Net technologies to maintain application as needed
• Good experience working in SQL database queries and simple report generations

Delivery Skills:

• Experience working as part of onsite team in requirement gathering, resolving L2 issues, etc.
• Assist in deployment activities and provide post production support
• Have experience ensuring SLAs are met
• Should have experience working on ServiceNow or similar tool

Non-Technical Skills:

• Should have good analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Should be excellent in communication - both oral and written
• Provide daily status on the tasks performed

Preferred Skills:

• Good and clear communication, ability to clarify user queries in meetings, experience working with US client/stakeholders
• Should have experience working as individual contributor
• Not a traveller
