Performance Test Lead

Job Description:

Experience:

• 8 years looking for an experienced Performance architect with expertise in analyzing and configuring Azure VM scale sets, and identifying performance issues in long-running jobs.
• Must have excellent communication and client handling skills.

Primary Skills:

• Experience working in Neoload and Loadrunner
• In-depth understanding of Azure services including AKS, Azure VMs, and Azure Monitor including hands-on experience with Application Insights, VM Insights
• Experience with ADO CI/CD Pipelines and Neoload Integration
• Performance Recommendations for Web and Mobile apps

Secondary Skills:

• Google Lighthouse and other client-side performance monitoring tools
• APM Tools understanding including Dynatrace and AppDynamics

Responsibilities:

• Design and create a performance test suite for In-scope Web and Mobile applications.
• Establish and implement monitoring and management of Azure VM Scale set for both availability and performance management
• Drive CI/CD Implementation of Performance execution and reporting using Azure DevOps.
• Execute, Monitor, and Report the performance executions offline and via ADO and troubleshoot in case of issues with Identify performance problems in pipelines and implement resolution for the same
• Build relationships & collaborate across the technical community to establish and implement consistent architecture across all Digital platforms which delivers future technology
• Support continuous delivery approach including tooling and automated testing and deployments
• Proactively manage environmental costs to remain within budget and identify opportunities to reduce cost

Desired certifications:

• Azure Cloud Certification (Mandatory)
• Azure DevOps certification (Preferred)
• Azure Administrator Associate (Preferred)
