Must-Haves:
- 4 years of experience leadingdevelopment teams
- 4 years in C# experience
- 4 years of cloud developmentexperience
- 3 years supporting/buildingREST API's
- 3 years working withrelational databases including handling schema changes, performanceoptimizations, etc.
- Effective ability tocommunicate clearly regarding project and user story requirements withstakeholders and anticipate where issues may come up during featuredevelopment
- Ability to understand systemresource constraints and develop performant solutions
- Strong ability to debug andtroubleshoot software and system issues
- Well-developed problem analysisand problem-solving techniques
- Team player who isself-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience leadingglobally-distributed development teams
- Experience developingcloud-native (PaaS) solutions
- Experience with NoSQLdatabases such Cassandra/DynamoDB/Cosmos.
