Strong Application/Production support experience
- Strong ITIL knowledge, must have worked in Multi Vendor and Multi tenant platform
- Must be able to coordinate among various teams for delivering results
- Good Application Support knowledge required, must be flexible for a 24*7 environment
- Incident/Problem & Knowledge management with expertise on root cause analysis (RCA)
- Achieving quality deliverables by maintaining the SLA and standard practices
- Good to have ITIL V3/ITIL4 certification.
- Good Application Support knowledge required
- Work closely with business teams, development team and quality teams for project requirements
- Good to have knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
- Excellent documentation & communication skills
- Good organization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
