UX - Designer

Job Description

The User Experience (UX) Designers lead the interaction design delivery of user interfaces and digital media. Leads UX direction of persona and journey definition, wireframes, interaction strategies, navigation, design systems, user research and usability testing. Leads UI visual direction and production of the design system. Creates production-ready files and styles guides that explicitly translate visual designs, style, size, and UI patterns into production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert in UX practice and trends to lift usability performance.
• Provides guidance at key points and risk gates
• Applies customer-centric and data-driven methods to achieve desired objectives
• Leads design workshops, defines design requirements, leads delivery expectations, communication, timelines, manage hours, etc.
• Assumes responsibility for the design product and takes ownership to resolve issues
• Proficient with design programs such as Figma
