Capital Business Systems is seeking a Service Technician for our Rock Springs, Wyoming location. The Service Technician performs field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, computer networks, and other connected digital products for our customers.
We strive to support our service technicians both inside and outside of the office and want them to achieve a healthy work/life balance. Our work hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in office environments
- Enjoying positive working relationships with our team
- Interacting with our customers in a positive and professional manner
- Driving a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts you will need to do your job.
What we look for:
- Some knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, computer/digital technology, or related fields
- Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information quickly
- A high degree of initiative
- Exceptional skills in organization, attention to detail, and effective prioritization of duties
- Ability to work independently and positively as part of a team
- Positive attitude, be self-motivated, and ability to maintain professional behavior and appearance
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have proof of a valid driver’s license and car insurance for the state in which the job is located
- Ability to lift and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance
