Job Posting for Advanced Practitioner-Clinical Research at Capital Cardiology Associates
Capital Cardiology Associates is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, to join our clinical research team. The ideal candidate would be independent, highly motivated, and experienced or strongly interested in clinical research. The APP responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following: collaborating with the cardiologists and research team to identify appropriate patients for clinical trials, performing a detailed history and physical, performing the initial visit including consent, and performing follow-up visits with clinical trial patients. Experience in using electronic health records is a must. Knowledge of clinical research management and systems is ideal but not required. This is a part-time day position with the potential to be a full-time position as the department grows. The position will require 3-4 days a week. There will be no weekends, holidays, or call requirements.
