We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to assist the office staff with anything and everything we need. The available position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm. The position is a combined role of Project Coordinator with some Administrative Assistant Office Management tasks.
Capital Commercial Flooring is a local commercial flooring contractor that has been in business since 1993. We have an office staff of 10 people and offer a very relaxed and fun work environment. Tasks:
- Material ordering.
- Requesting price quotes.
- Project submittal packages.
- Project takeoff assistance.
- Sample receiving & delivering.
- Submitting insurance & pre-liens for new projects.
- Phone system management.
- Email / Calendar system management.
- Mail distribution management.
