What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Capital Commercial Flooring?

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to assist the office staff with anything and everything we need. The available position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm. The position is a combined role of Project Coordinator with some Administrative Assistant Office Management tasks.
Capital Commercial Flooring is a local commercial flooring contractor that has been in business since 1993. We have an office staff of 10 people and offer a very relaxed and fun work environment. Tasks:

  • Material ordering.
  • Requesting price quotes.
  • Project submittal packages.
  • Project takeoff assistance.
  • Sample receiving & delivering.
  • Submitting insurance & pre-liens for new projects.
  • Phone system management.
  • Email / Calendar system management.
  • Mail distribution management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
