Summary:
The Banking Integration Manager (BIM) will work closely with multiple units within the Bank to include Operations, Digital Banking, Lending, Compliance, Marketing, and Information Technology teams to advance strategic initiatives aimed at creating efficiencies within the Bank and enhancing the overall customer experience. Leveraging project management, communication, and critical thinking skills, the BIM's focus will be on the successful implementation of new products and services, ensuring the objectives of each initiative have been met, and to a high degree of quality. The BIM will also be relied on to acquire the necessary knowledge and experience to be an effective subject matter expert on the Bank's core banking platform (FIS Horizon).
Responsibilities-
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives centered around products and services, with an emphasis on those integrating with our core processing platform.
- Advise the COO and other members of Executive Management on identification and implementation of workflow improvements, new products, services, and recommended integration strategies.
- Take the lead role in understanding our core banking platform, its integration capabilities, and serve as the subject matter expert for CCBank employees and/or third-party vendors using or integrating with the platform.
- Provide technology delivery and support leadership on initiatives related to the Bank's core banking platform. Liaise with FIS on issues or projects related to the core platform.
- Evaluate, understand, and disseminate to the appropriate stakeholders, information from FIS related to "updates or releases" to our core banking platform and other FIS supported ancillary systems. Ensure required steps by the Bank are completed prior to updates occurring. Communicate update/release information to department heads and make sure they are aware of and/or are leveraging new features and functionality as appropriate.
- Works in close partnership with the Director of Retail Banking and Bank Support team to champion and support product and service integration within our core platform.
- Leverages experience and expertise in collaborating with other departmental leads and functional groups to assess, create, and develop new bank efficiencies, products, or procedures.
- Works in close partnership with the VP of Payment Operations and the Director of Digital Banking to develop strategies, products, and integration improvements with the goal of growing and enhancing the Bank's digital banking product suite and customer experience.
- Work closely with Management and other key stakeholders to develop and implement a safe, compliant, and strong BaaS program to attract and onboard Fintech customers with a focus on growing deposits and fee income.
- Plan, organize, and deliver effective meetings and training on systems and new integration, as necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced environment anticipating, creating, and managing change.
- Monitors and analyzes production systems to maintain effectiveness and develops strategies to enhance integration between systems.
- Build solid relationships to effectively work with internal departments, management, and outside vendors to ensure project completion.
- Anticipate, recognize, assess, and mitigate integration risks.
- Ad hoc projects and other job duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or other related fields with ten (10) or more years of experience in banking, project management, and leadership.
