We are seeking a Head of Technical Services for a manufacturing company in Jerome, ID.

Job description: As a Head of Technical Services, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of technical projects, usually in the context of computer software. In addition to managing teams of Developers and working closely with senior managers to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing security maintenance

· Developing and implementing performance management policies

· Training new technical staff

· Various other tasks

A successful Technical Service Manager will be a keen problem-solver who is able to delegate tasks and make difficult decisions. We are looking for a growth mindset, superb interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Job type: Direct hire | Salary $80k-$90k DOE
