Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all customers with a smile.
• Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service in a safe and timely manner.
• Install paper and plastic protective items and advisor’s tags to each vehicle
• Assist as needed in an initial write up for the advisors when busy
• Park and retrieve vehicles as needed based on direction of Advisor
• Deliver finished vehicles to customers after removing all paper, plastic, and tags numbers from the vehicle
• Send each customer off with a “Thank you for your business!”
• Keep drive-thru and all other areas free of water build up and 
• Maintain and wipe down coffee area, brew/refill coffee throughout the day and empty garbage cans when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in lounge of furniture and reading materials
• Detailed-oriented with a sense of urgency

 Qualifications

• Able to organize, manage multiple tasks, and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
• Experienced in dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
• Eagerness to learn new things and accept new challenges.
• Desire to grow with Capital Automotive group.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background screening to include a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
