Capital Management Services. has an exciting new opportunity for experienced Customer Service Agents!
We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of call center agents. Our Inbound Agents will be assisting customers who are experiencing delinquency due to the natural disasters down south due such as Hurricane Helene and Milton. Candidates must have the ability to respond to a variety of incoming telephone calls related to making payments on mortgage loans. Our agents must possess the ability to respond to customers' inquiries, take payments and communicate information in an effective manner. Punctuality and strong attendance are a must for this position.
The training and the position are fully remote! We are currently looking for candidates in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia only.

Schedules available:
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Monday - Friday 10:30am- 7:00pm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Wired High-Speed Internet Connection (No WiFi. 25MBps Download / 10Mbps Upload). You will be asked to submit a wired speed test to verify.
- Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone.
- Ability to problem solve
Schedule: Full-Time only.
Training: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday for two weeks, starting October 21st.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
