The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Talent Partner to join our Talent Team to help build our amazing Cardiff team. There are plenty of opportunities to add value and make a huge impact whilst learning, developing, and having lots of fun whilst doing so.
Responsibilities
- Growing a pipeline of qualified candidates predominantly across our customer operations, fincrime and collections teams
- Screening candidates via telephone, video and in person interviews
- Helping to manage interview scheduling across the teams, ensuring all attendees are fully briefed
- Participating in and helping drive diversity attraction strategies to engage a diverse workforce,
- You will be responsible for pulling reports on various recruitment data, such as time to hire, candidate pass-through rates, application rates etc.
- Actively getting involved and supporting on multiple Talent related projects outside of day-to-day recruiting

About you
- Minimum 6 months recruitment related experience achieved either in-house or in an agency environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems - Greenhouse experience a bonus.
- Outstanding demonstrable communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the business
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
