What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Support Specialist position at Capital One?
Fast paced environment delivering hardware to multiple divisions.
This is strictly an onsite opportunity based at our Plano, Texas location, where excellent attention to detail and time management are the highest priorities.
Heavy focus on imaging hardware with an even mix of Windows PC’s and Macs OS laptop and desktops.
Responsibilities:
Daily focus on delivery deadlines
Attention to detail
Asset Management responsibilities to include ……
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Ability to self-start
Work independently and with a team
Unboxing/reboxing of hardware to image
Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging (PXE or USB booting)
Inventory control/audits
Professional written / oral communication skills
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration
At least 1 year of experience in remote tech administration and end user support
At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10
At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
1 years of SCCM experience
1 years of Windows OS experience
1 years of experience with Active Directory services
1 years of experience with virtualization technologies
1 years of macOS experience
Windows certification(s)
Apple certification(s)
