Responsibilities :
Bring the Café experience and our brand to life by helping tocreate an inclusive environment where allcustomers and team members feelwelcome
Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas ofthe Café whether you’re helping peoplewith tech challenges, showing off our cool services and products,or having deeper conversations about theirfinancialjourneys
Guidecustomers through goal setting by meeting them where they are andadvocating for better financial literacythrough discovery and Capital Oneresources
Be a team player and work with an energized team of Ambassadorshelping to inspire teammates as theyinspireyou
Stay curious, adaptable and have a desire to learn and grow throughself development
Continually learn new digital and technicalskills
Partnerwith local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagementteam to plan events both inside and outside of theCafé
Volunteerwithin the community and be an advocate for financialliteracy
BasicQualifications :
- High School Diploma, GED, or EquivalentCertification
- Atleast 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Serviceexperience
PreferredQualifications :
- Associate’sdegree
- 2 yearsof Retail or Customer-facingexperience
- Proficient inG-Suite
- Strongwritten and oral communicationskills
