Enterprise Product and Experience Risk Consultant

As a Risk lead in Capital One’s Enterprise Services Risk Team, this role will apply leadership and analytical skills to some of our highest profile Risk Management projects. The Risk Guide will act as a thought leader across the enterprise to develop and implement cutting edge risk solutions to ensure Capital One’s continued stability and success.

Our enterprise customer platform, brand and design teams manage and develop some of the most cutting edge products and platforms in the financial industry. In this role you will work closely with business leadership to support the delivery of new digital initiatives, the branding and design of Capital One products and development of governance around existing platforms. The Risk Guide will help enable teams to deliver innovative products and services to our internal and external customers in a well-managed way.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and risk teams to deliver well-managed, innovative solutions

• Help to develop and execute the risk office vision and deliver on enterprise and team objectives

• Develop, and help to deliver, senior level risk management reporting and communications

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve strategic objectives

• Coordinate program-related activities and deliverables to ensure effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholder groups

• Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate in our approach to risk management

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Risk Process or Project Management

• At least 5 years of experience supporting internal business clients

• At least 5 years of experience in project, process, or program management

• Demonstrated ability to drive results and communicate with all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project or Process Manager

• Business Process Management Certification, Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification, Agile Coach Certification, or Compliance Certification (CRCM)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Location is New York City • $154,905 and $182,753 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
