Senior Manager - Cyber Portfolio Management

Capital One is seeking a strong, experienced Senior Manager to join the Cyber Portfolio and Service Enablement (PSE) team. A strong candidate will be one who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, influence, and a proven track record of facilitating the delivery of solutions from scratch through implementation. They will thrive in working across teams and will also lead, mentor, and support the continuous improvement of Cyber's delivery transformation focused on both Portfolio and Delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will work alongside our Cyber Product Management, Engineering and other Delivery teams to deliver strong program governance that enables the security of Capital One's environment.

What You'll Own:

• Provide visibility into the impact of Cyber's investments and the work that Cyber does on risk reduction and transformational goals at the portfolio level by collaboratively working with multiple teams including Cyber's Product Management Team, Delivery Teams, Cyber Strategy Team, Cyber Governance & Risk and other Cyber Security teams across the organization
• Develop and lead Cyber's Strategic Portfolio Review roadmap based on Cyber's business maturity
• Lead the development and delivery of of zero based budgets in partnership with Finance to prioritize funding alignment to strategy
• Lead the development and implementation of Cyber's Prioritization Process in partnership with PSE's Standards and Processes team
• Create clear scope and success definition across all areas of the Portfolio, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation
• Lead the creation of executive-level presentation materials to support the communication of Cyber program-level status and information for various stakeholders
• Lead the production of data driven program reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of Cyber's services.
• Support large, complex programs while providing strategic direction to stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
• Lead special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams
• Use common tools and processes, to inform the delivery objectives across Tech

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 8 years of experience in Enterprise project or program management
• At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment
• At least 2 years of experience in Cyber Security

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 9 years of experience in Enterprise project or program management
• 5 years of people leadership experience
• 5 years consulting experience
• 3 years product management experience
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 - $222,800 for Sr. Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
