We are seeking a highly creative and intellectually curious System Integrator to be instrumental in contributing to Capital One’s Human Resources tools and infrastructure. You must be able to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams to accomplish organizational goals. In this role you will be part of a team that specializes in building and maintaining systems that enable Capital One’s internal associates to become more productive and achieve their personal and professional goals. This individual will be responsible for partnering with the Product team, Agile Delivery Lead and Engineering leaders along with Architects and Cyber experts to analyze and help derive solutions. As part of the People Tech team that’s leading the next wave of technology modernization, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One’s engineering and operational excellence.
General Responsibilities:
Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technologies, ensuring alignment to initiatives and strategy.
Leverage strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR business customers, SaaS and PaaS vendor partners, architects, Cyber experts and other engineers, solving complex business problems
Collaborate cross-functionally with other Enterprise & HR partners to engineer integrated, end-to-end solutions across technology layers as well as refine intent and groom Agile stories to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Learn and analyze complex, interconnected business processes/systems and assimilate information from a variety of sources into one comprehensive documented view.
Apply problem-solving techniques to lead application design discussions and resolve technical issues, applying root cause analysis for short term and long term resolution.
Design and develop automation workflows, performing unit tests and conducting reviews to make sure work is rigorously designed, elegantly coded/configured, and effectively tuned for platform performance, and assessing the overall quality of delivered components.
Research and develop cutting edge technologies to accomplish goals across the organization, with a passion to learn and grow.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Military experience
At least 1 years of experience in system/business analysis and/or integration
At least 1 year of understanding of Agile methodologies
At least 1 year of experience in technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience in System analysis and/or integration
2 years of experience with large-scale solution implementations
2 years of experience working in Agile environment
2 years of experience with HR systems (PaaS/Saas)
1 years of experience building, deploying, testing in AWS Cloud
