Job Description: Handyman (Quality-Focused)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality workmanship across various tasks, including carpentry, drywall, laminate flooring, and exterior repairs. Responsibilities:

- Execute a wide range of handyman tasks, including carpentry, drywall repairs, laminate flooring installation, and exterior maintenance.

- Ensure that all work is completed with the highest level of craftsmanship, meeting or exceeding industry standards and client expectations.

- Perform inspections and assessments to accurately diagnose issues and provide appropriate repair solutions.

- Effectively use tools and equipment to carry out assigned tasks, maintaining them in good working order.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of assignments.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handyman, demonstrating expertise in carpentry, drywall repairs, laminate flooring installation, and exterior maintenance.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Proficient in using various hand and power tools required for the job.

- Solid understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find efficient solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting project deadlines.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
