Essential Functions:
THIS IS A CLERICAL POSITION.
- Must be skilled in Excel, accurately logging information, filtering information within spreadsheets, and creating spreadsheets, while maintaining the integrity of the information in the spreadsheets.
- Must be experienced with renaming electronic files accurately and storing them in the prescribed locations with minimal errors.
- Must meet established productivity and accuracy standards within 2 weeks of start date.
- Must make telephone calls to physicians’ offices to retrieve information for medical records.
- Must be able to lift 25 pound boxes of paper.
- Must assist team with all clerical duties required.
- Must be able to learn quickly and stay on task through completion of assigned duties.
- Must be flexible with the ability to move to and from different work tasks quickly to accomplish needs of the team.
- Must be self-motivated to request or take on additional work and not wait for work to be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with standard office equipment
- Experience with Microsoft office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Pro (ability to split PDF files)
- Good phone etiquette
Experience:
0-2 Years in an administrative or clerical experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Required-
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Adobe
Organization/Documentation
Strong Communication written and verbal
Manager request that resource be pre screened for general/basic computer skills.
Preferred-
-Health care experience
Job details - Will be logging medical records and doing follow up calls.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
