Responsibilities
- High quality outbound phone calls
- Build rapport with customers
- Schedule Appointments
- Utilize dealership systems for customer contact and follow-up
- Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
- Training will be provided
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-starter and willingness to be a great team player
- Available to work required schedule
- Outbound phone call experience (Preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks and drug screen)
