Conversions Processor
Job Posting for Conversions Processor at Capital Vacations
Principle Duties:
- Receive all contract files into TSW
- Sort all conversion contract files
- Check contract files to make sure all documents are properly signed, witnessed, dated and notarized where appropriate
- Check all contracts and deeds for accuracy, signatures, etc.
- Correct all documents that need correction
- Contact owners and/or sales sites with any corrections needed for conversion paperwork
- Entering notes into our system of the accounts that were accepted for closing into the club
- Organizing all closings and following through with every detail until the requirements and expectations are met.
- Process all closing exceptions in a timely manner
- Check and verify loan payment accounts are paid in full in order to convert file
- Get contract files properly prepared for closing with title company
- Scan all files into system for title company
- Email sites with any errors
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional math skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Time management skills
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Ability to create worksheets proficiently in Excel
- Effective organizational skills
- Timeshare Ware a plus
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior administrative experience
- Previous experience in the timeshare industry a plus
