What you will be doing:

- Paid Training at a competitive hourly rate continued training
- Monday – Friday SET schedule, NO weekends required
- Day shift
- BEST pay in the industry- hourly rate PLUS advantageous commissions AND daily cash/check spiffs.
- Paid Weekly – hourly and commissions paid on the SAME check
- NO cap on commissions - unlimited earning potential

Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests- NO COLD CALLING!!
- Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
- Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional sales training.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants should possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience a plus
- Friendly, outgoing, upbeat attitude
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic PC knowledge
- Excellent verbal communication skills while maintaining high quality on all calls.
- Fast learner who is eager to increase your knowledge and skillset.
- Performs the job duties assigned and complies with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
