Investment Client Service Specialist

Rapidly growing investment advisory firm in West Warwick, RI seeking topnotch talent in our Investment Services department. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years’ comparable experience in a RIA &/or broker dealer branch office or trust company. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality who will provide exceptional service to our clients and also make a positive contribution to our corporate culture.

Job duties:

• Dedicated point-of-contact for a group of high net worth households
• Effectively collaborate with other team members and departments
• Accurately process complex paperwork and obtain signatures
• Quarterback the new client onboarding process
• Ongoing client investment support and account maintenance
• Assist in maintaining compliance database repository
• Diligently follow up with internal business partners & clients to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
• Prepare for client meetings, send client correspondence
• Ah hoc assistance to advisors and firm leadership
• Various administrative and clerical tasks & special projects

Qualifications:

• Experience establishing and maintaining Annuities and Life Insurance Policies a plus
• Outstanding computer skills – especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; database experience; and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
• Working knowledge of different investment account types (Trusts, Qualified Retirement

Accounts, etc.)

• Working knowledge of different investment vehicles (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETF’s, etc.)
• Experience using Black Diamond portfolio reporting software (preferred, or similar)
• Experience using eMoney preferred
• Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple simultaneous tasks
• Excellent organizational, communication, and phone skills

• Consistently produce accurate and high quality deliverables
• Self motivated to learn and improve. Resourceful and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced office!

Compensation commensurate with experience. Fulltime position with a competitive benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
