Who You Are:
As an experienced recruiter, you have managed the full candidate experience from start to finish.This role is made for someone ready to take the next step in helping to build out a top recruiting function and bring in high performers. You will have the ability to build and influence global talent acquisition processes and strategies. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, thrives on moving fast, is able to manage processes, and juggle multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
What is Expected:
- Create and manage an extraordinary candidate experience throughout the sourcing, screening, interview, offer, start and onboarding processes
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for all US jobs
- Identify top talent that fits our dynamic and diverse culture
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ClearCompany) including all candidate and job requisition management
- Partner with hiring managers to define requisition requirements and develop sourcing strategies targeting high-performing candidates
- Work with an international team on the new recruitment brand and messaging
- Develop behavioral, functional, and value-based interviewing techniques to vet candidates and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Flex your thought leadership skills to advance our sourcing, interview processes and identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience
- Report and analyze recruiting data and trends monthly and make recommendations that meet growth initiatives
What You Bring
- 5 years experience with strategic recruiting, with some experience in a software and/or technology company
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product; Finance and HR a plus
- Solid knowledge of sourcing with a focus on attracting a diverse slate of candidates
- Strong business acumen and natural curiosity that will allow you to advise your groups and contribute beyond just filling open roles
- Flexible to work in the office, local or open to relocate (no relocation provided)to the Washington, DC Metro area
- Ability to thrive independently and also work in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn and/or other recruiting and sourcing tools is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of success in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and proactive

Pay: $69,869.00 - $110,000.00 per year
