Dual Modality CT/DX SupervisorCharlotte, NCDirect HireM-F 8-4:30p Job Summary Plans, directs, and supervises the technical aspects of their assigned specialty and within their assigned division regarding all services and programs rendered resulting in a uniform systemized Customer. Essential Functions Supervises activities of the assigned area and provides adequate coverage of all scanners or work assignments daily. Supervision includes monitoring of the staff’s productivity levels, accuracy of exam protocols to include all required data parameters and measurements while ensuring appropriate care and monitoring. Coordinates and organizes patient or work task flow thru the assigned Customer, prioritizing procedures and shifting workloads as needed. Skills: Must be proficient in both Radiology (Diagnostic) and CT aspects of Imaging (CT/DX), and must have experience in both. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience along with additional leadership experience required. Requires moderate to heavy physical efforts in lifting and moving patients, equipment, and supplies. Work requires walking, standing, sitting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling during normal operations. Requires mental capacity to understand the assigned area of clinical expertise or technology. Motor coordination needed to operate equipment including various computer systems. Intact sense of sight and hearing. Required to use radiation safety, MRI safety, and proper ergonomics to maintain an effective, safe environment.
